As a growing organization, Customer Support is absolutely vital to the long-term strategy. They require an experienced individual to join the team. A strong technical background and experience in supporting Enterprise customers would prove highly advantageous.
In the role of Customer Success Engineer / Pre Sales Technical Specialist, you will undertake the following duties:
Serve as the Technical Lead for all designated customers.
Collaborate closely with clients to smoothly transition their solutions from Proof of Concept to a stable operational state.
Assist clients in planning, designing, implementing, and deploying solutions to fulfill their specific goals and needs, while maximizing value.
Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, addressing all their technical inquiries and requirements.
Identify areas for enhancement in products and services based on customer feedback, industry trends, and market dynamics.
Develop various resources such as artifacts and documentation to optimize services, enhance product value, and deliver added value to customers.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in a customer facing technical role, as a Customer Success Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer
Strong technical knowledge of SaaS / Cloud platforms and security concepts
Fluency in English is a must as the role will expand into Australia
