As a growing organization, Customer Support is absolutely vital to the long-term strategy. They require an experienced individual to join the team. A strong technical background and experience in supporting Enterprise customers would prove highly advantageous.


In the role of Customer Success Engineer / Pre Sales Technical Specialist, you will undertake the following duties:


  • Serve as the Technical Lead for all designated customers.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to smoothly transition their solutions from Proof of Concept to a stable operational state.

  • Assist clients in planning, designing, implementing, and deploying solutions to fulfill their specific goals and needs, while maximizing value.

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, addressing all their technical inquiries and requirements.

  • Identify areas for enhancement in products and services based on customer feedback, industry trends, and market dynamics.

  • Develop various resources such as artifacts and documentation to optimize services, enhance product value, and deliver added value to customers.


Requirements:


  • 3+ years experience in a customer facing technical role, as a Customer Success Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer

  • Strong technical knowledge of SaaS / Cloud platforms and security concepts

  • Fluency in English is a must as the role will expand into Australia
