Locke44 is proud to be partnered with a leading organisation going from strength to strength providing software solutions to the ever evolving SaaS / IOT space. Their shared information platform provides insights to help manage buildings, infrastructure, and facilities.


We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative in Germany to join a fast-growing team. Your mission: drive sales of cutting-edge SaaS solutions, with any experience in IoT being a big plus!


  • Reporting directly to the DACH Sales Director, you’ll take the lead in initiating outreach to prospective customers via phone, video calls, and onsite meetings — engaging with senior decision-makers across a wide range of industries (with a strong outbound focus).

  • You'll lead strategic conversations with target accounts, identifying business challenges and effectively generating interest in our solutions.

  • You’ll own and refine the full prospecting process — from identifying contacts and enriching data to qualifying needs and ensuring a smooth internal handover.

  • Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with the Sales Director, Marketing Manager, Account Executives, and Customer Success teams to drive pipeline and create a seamless customer experience.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally as an SDR, with exposure to AI or Supply Chain Management solutions.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern sales tools to streamline, automate, and scale outreach efforts.

  • Strong commercial mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify challenges and craft effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, including negotiating, questioning, and providing constructive feedback.

  • Fluent in German-native or bilingual (as the focus is DACH) and English
