You will work directly with customers to understand and address their greatest needs in Security, implementing complex solutions for maximum impact.

Working in small teams with minimal supervision, you will own end-to-end execution of high stakes projects. Your days include discussing architecture with fellow engineers, wrangling cloud-infra integrations, debugging a custom traffic mirroring plugin, speaking with customer personnel, or training a new member of the team. When technical obstacles arise, you will employ a strong knowledge of APIs, Security, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure to drive the deployment and adoption of the platform.

  • 6+ years experience in a technical capacity as a vendor for large enterprises. Prior experience as a Solution Architect, TAM, SE, Professional Services, CSE or similar customer facing roles. Previous presale experience or big consulting firm experience is a plus.

  • 2+ years hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), as well as understanding the underlying mechanics (Kubernetes, Docker, Balancing, NGINX)

  • Prior experience with API development, technologies and infrastructure, container technologies, API Gateways and WAF. Working experience of APIMs is a big plus (Apigee, Mulesoft, Kong, etc.).

  • Proven understanding of web-based and network protocols (REST over HTTP, gRPC, GraphQL, etc.)

  • Application Security experience is a plus. Experience stepping through vulnerabilities, anomalies, misconfigurations application pen-testing

  • Well-organized self-starter with excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.

  • Strong listening skills with the demonstrated ability to ask effective questions, dive deep, understand the customer’s priorities and anticipate the customer’s needs.

  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills and technical aptitude.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability and history of proactively identifying technical issues and driving solutions to technical problems.
