​Our client is a well-funded cybersecurity startup backed by top-tier VCs that is growing fast in a hot new market software supply chain security.

We are seeking an experienced HR and Ops Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts, foster a positive employee experience, and serve as a strategic HR partner to support the company's goals and objectives, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.

Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting our operational needs, such as company events and day-to-day operations (office management, equipment, presents, swag, etc).

As the HR and Ops Manager, you will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR policies and procedures, and process improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with the leadership team to align HR and operational strategies with business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, talent acquisition, and operations, focusing on creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years of experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR management role Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws Experience in Onboarding/Offboarding processes Ability to drive operational efficiency and implement process improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
