Despite only being around for a short time, they are already engaged with a number of huge clients and are partnered with some of the world's leading investors and VC's.


This opportunity is a hybrid role and requires the incumbent to work in an office 2/3 days a week in Boston.

In this capacity, you will spearhead recruitment initiatives, cultivate a positive employee experience, and function as a strategic HR partner to advance the company's objectives, ensuring streamlined and effective HR operations.

Collaboration with the leadership team will be paramount to align HR and operational strategies with overarching business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in HR management, talent acquisition, and operations, with a primary focus on cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders across all organizational levels.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR management roles.

  • Profound understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations.

  • Demonstrated experience in Onboarding/Offboarding procedures.

  • Proven capability to enhance operational efficiency and implement process enhancements.

  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Previous exposure to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
