  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar technical support role

  • Proficiency with APIs, especially REST APIs

  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex system architectures

  • Independent, self-driven mindset combined with a proactive "can-do" attitude

  • Strong capability to comprehend workflows, conduct in-depth analyses, and offer innovative technical solutions

  • US citizenship is mandatory; security clearance is an advantage

Experience working with:

  • Docker

  • Kubernetes

  • Production environments

  • Azure/AWS cloud platforms

  • Linux distributions, notably Ubuntu & Redhat

  • PostgreSQL, including writing complex SQL queries

  • Analyzing and monitoring TCP/IP networks

  • ​

This is a full time, permanent WFH position. Candidates for this role must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders located in the US.
